Was recommended to use close brothers to finance a motorcycle.
It’s started off well they called to check up everything was ok and ensure everything was in order for me.
No problem
When it came to the first month payment, just before they realised the agreement was wrong so filled out a new one, I told them the sort code was wrong so I can’t sign it, this was then corrected over the phone with them and was told it was all sorted, payment day came and I got a message saying I owe them the first payment, I called moments later to find out they never changed the back details, and they took them again to get the first payment. I was told this is going to affect my credit rating.
Next month comes, same problem.
And I was told this will affect my credit rating again.
Then I paid with that exact card.
I went finance to make my life easier, it’s not.
They have ruined my credit rating so I hope this ruins theirs.
