I made a substantial transfer into my SBS account using the same sort code, account number and reference that I always use but the funds were not applied to my account. My bank has confirmed the transfer was successfully completed, but SBS cannot find the transaction and show no sense of urgency. I would recommend avoiding this financial institution as this is the only time this have ever happened to me.
