Having been paying Santander insurance for over 25 years the service received is very poor was guided to make a claim online due to storm damage then basically had 5 emails back and forth after providing pictures of internal water damage was told damage looks like it was there before the storm no assessor was sent even though I asked fora visit basically I believe they use aviva now and I’m not impressed the correspondence from the claims department has not impressed me I will be switching to a different provider
