So i finally had my claim upheld about the incorrect offer that Admiral had made my wife about her lost earrings and they agreed to pay the legally correct amount plus compensation. I had a call on Friday 3rd Nov to say that i would receive my money within 5 working days. Guess what, i didn't and still haven't, tues 14th Nov. Tons of the usual apologies, but no resolution, apart from "it's in the system!" ! am not sure whether Admiral are just incompetent throughout or enjoy annoying their customers?
