Disgusting Company with NO Customer Care

Absolutely disgraceful company. You can only contact them by phone which means being in a queue for ages only to be told it is the wrong department (despite calling the number they provided!). Even when you speak to someone they are useless and can do nothing to help, they make promises that they don’t see through and nothing changes. You can never speak to someone senior re your issue and when making a complaint it is a complete “fob-off”. This is by far the worst mortgage provider ever, so don’t believe the good reviews as they are either fake or from extremely new people who have no concept of what it is like after you are signed up.
