I would give 0 stars if I could. This company failed to shut down my credit card after I paid it off in full two years ago. They processed an automatic payment from Amazon on a card that had expired two years prior. Letters went to my old address and I got 6 missed payments on my credit file. They first told me the call had cut off which I know was a lie, then when I requested a copy of the voice recording they said it was in post to me, then send a final response letter saying they no longer had the data. Absolutely disgusting. This prevented me remortgaging a lot of my properties, it is now with the financial ombudsman. Anne Marie from the complaints department had no desire to help my situation whatsoever, her lack of empathy was a disgrace. She would not allow me to speak with a manager and terminated the call after I'd told her my mental health was suffering from this situation. She did not care. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have recorded all calls, will be taking legal action and seeking a lot of compensation. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023
