The Suffolk name at its best

My niece works for the society and I finally got round to opening my savings accounts at the Suffolk today and have got to say how impressed I was with the staff. Customer service at its best, I have not experienced that in a very long time. Just thought they deserve a mention. it was Chloe who opened the accounts, another lady made my sister and I coffee. Which we thought was very welcoming.Not forgetting Benny who greeted us when we arrived. What a great branch. Fantastic service, as well as the great Suffolk name. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023
