Terrible Service

Terrible service from 2Gether. I just phoned up to report my car won't start. A customer service agent told me that I had a 'similar issue 7 months ago'. I explained that I got a new alternator fitted back in April so this is different. He then told me I had to prove I had a new alternator fitted or he wouldn't send anyone out with out charging me the minimum fee! How does he think I've driven my car for the last seven months???
