Appalling service, easily the worst ever. Useless, incompetent, untrustworthy, poor documentation recording. From my experience they would have difficulty boiling a kettle.
Multiple problems with them rectifying problems, plumbers unable to resolves issues. Had a fault which was eventually noted and recorded on receipt. Informed part would be ordered, two weeks later I called them and they had no knowledge of the issue, even thou was recorded on my copy of paper work. Was charged for a call out, the cost of the part and boiler developed lack of pressure problem weeks after when heating was used.
