Do not bother insurance good the service procedure and effort to get sorted a nightmare

Worse customer experience ever and I have worked in call centres myself. Rather than go into detail after various repairs saying fixed over a few months, the damage was done to my floor as leaked, and have had to claim in insurance, sent a new upgraded one on 27th of Nov and broke 28th of November, Called 2nd December engineer came 9th said need new one, Told to call number I have now been on the phone 2 hrs sent to 7 people 4 department cut off 2 times. Hoover said not them to speak to Domestic and General they said not them to speak to hoover. I must stress this is the 3rd replacement I have had in 2 years. I am canceling the insurance as soon as this mess is sorted out. The amount of hours I have been on the phone this last few weeks is in excess of 4hr and it would be cheaper to just get a new fridge in the hours an money spent on calls Reviewed on: 8th December 2023
