worst company I have ever dealt with, ignore this warning at your peril

Admiral are a bad choice Admiral are a bad, hostile company, masters of sharp practice. cannot be trusted one bit. You are inviting trouble if you use them. We had an important house cover policy, the card used for automatic renewals expired while we were on a months holiday. they sent a letter instead of an e mail which, obviously we could not see. When we got back, we found the policy had been cancelled and we were charged £50 ''administration'' fee, which they have put into the hands of a debt collection company, who are now harassing us. we made an attempt to pay to restart the policy, and were told they had cancelled it. We attempted to obtain a new policy from them, were connected to a foreign operator who could not be understood, after spending an hour on the phone, we were cut off and did not bother to call us back. Not the actions of a decent or responsible company. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023
