Taking the Michael

Phoned on Friday to discuss my claim, waited for over an hour to speak to an advisor then hung up. Phoned the sales number answered within minutes spoke to a call handler, who had a very nice telephone manner but was no help. Phoned this morning at 09:30 and finally got through to a claims handler, was told that they were having trouble accessing my records and save me hanging about they would phone as soon as they accessed them. 8 hours later still no phone back. Can't give no stars, if I could that is what I would give Reviewed on: 11th December 2023
