I'm hold been 1 hour so far to discuss my current mortgage deal

This is not customer service, with the cost of interest on mortgages so high of course customers need help from their mortgage providers, my deal is due to end and I need to speak about changing to another and the letters I have received in very different formats are conflicting with the info therefore I need to speak to someone at the company to assist.
