Luckily it didnt come to having to claim - yet. But i had a question about something and noone cared to reply to my emailsl, and it wasnt cheap! i also bought an annual worldwide policy hoping to receive good customer service, but they dont respond, they are impossible to reach, makes you think you have been scammed.
