Absolute joke company

I've been with Clear Pay for years, always on top of payments. This month, I requested a simple change in payment date due to a salary shift, and what do they do? Label it as financial hardship, freeze my entire account, even for payments that are up to date! Trying to reach them is a joke – no contact number, and when you message, it's either crickets or automated responses. I never asked for my account to be frozen, and moving a payment doesn't mean I'm broke. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't touch them again and wouldn't recommend. There are much better credit companies out there who actually value their loyal customers. Reviewed on: 17th December 2023
