Avoid! Avoid!!! I took out insurance with this company. As part of my insurance, I am entitled to a courtesy car if my car can't be driven after a (non fault) accident. They collected my car 2 days ago and still haven't provided any replacement vehicle. They are now saying that they first need to assess the car before they can provide a replacement vehicle but can't say when they are going to do that and seem to be working on an open ended timescale. They also say that it is not them that provide the courtesy car but rather the repair centre THEY choose. I have explained to them that I could have gotten the AA to recover my car under my membership and got a repair centre of MY choice along with a courtesy car within a couple of hours. And they are now telling me that if I want my car back to deal with the repair myself, I will need to pay transport and storage costs! I have no idea where my car is, they had it taken away before I had finished on the phone with them to initiate the claim. All communication is via an internet chat room/ portal. They don't have a telephone number or anyone you can talk to. I don't have a clue what is happening with my car. I have submitted an official complaint via their official complaints procedure and been told someone should contact me within 3 days! I have now had to go and rent a car for my family. Please, please, please, do yourself a favour and avoid this company! I'm going to citizens advice and trading standards in the morning. , unfortunately, There was no option on this site to give less than 1 star! Reviewed on: 19th December 2023
