Exceptional customer service

I rang new business to sort out my new mortgage deal, Mia was exceptional, even though she was not feeling well she was patient and understanding of my need to get this sorted. I am 73 yrs old and not very computer savvy but she was extremely patient and talked me through the process to a great end result for me . She is a credit to the Building Society and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Thank you so much for taking a load off of my mind. Reviewed on: 20th December 2023
