Awful!!

Thanks for your review! Barclays Add photo Your review is pending.Read more Donna 33 reviews GB Awful Awful! Banked with Barclays for 20 years. Up until recently this was one of the best banks. Now, they employ rude agents and couldn't care less about their customers. Today I rang 3 times and spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to resolve an error that they caused. The first guy was rude and couldnt care less, the second lady hung up on me after 20 minutes of explaining the issue and the third call was over 90 minutes long and it was like talking to a brick wall! They refused to raise a complaint, as they do not believe it was their fault. Point blank refused to escalate it for investigation. As a result I am overdrawn, stressed and currently.looking to move all our accounts to another bank. What has happened Barclays? Reviewed on: 28th December 2023
