'Julia' exemplifies their poor service

As of today, their portal for personal pensions is showing only a few day's performance history. Like since 18th December. 'Julia' informed me the valuation was "only for the current day" (obvs, duh) and that the performance history was given for a year. Duh. It's normally give years - currently more like 5 days AS I ORIGINALLY SAID.
