Needed two tyres replacing after blowouts, couldn't send mobile tyre fitter, said there were non in the area, yet they offer mobile fitting as part of the cover.
Then found out they'd not updated our address when we called them a few weeks prior and said they'd take us to our old house.
You never know how good or bad they are until you need them. Don't find out how bad these lot are.
