Wonderful Woodbridge team

I visited my local branch of The Suffolk Building Society in Woodbridge to open a savings account. From the moment I entered the society premises, I received the most welcoming customer experience I have ever had. From the initial request in person to open an account, to booking & then amending my appointment over the phone to the amazingly helpful, knowledgeable & friendly Benny who set-up my account today. I was made to feel so welcome, it blew me away. Their customer service skills are amazing... keep up the good work, you make a great team. I love the personal service. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2024
