We had only been insured with Sainsbury’s pet insurance for 5 weeks when our 5 year old dog very suddenly became seriously ill. Her treatment cost over £2500, but she devastatingly lost her fight. Sainsbury’s were brilliant, their empathy, and portal is exceptional. The whole process of claiming was easy and quick. Highly recommend
