Very poor experience, similar to other reviewers...

Very poor experience, similar to the other reviewers here - ISAs have been transferred in over a month ago but there is no sign of them in the Charter Savings account. Customer service team next to no help. Very poor online interface. Opened an ISA with a different provider at the same time and everything was completed within a week. Really regret choosing Charter Reviewed on: 4th January 2024
