Don't go there

They took £50 off when I cancelled after waiting 3.5 hours for a chat - no telephone contact available. £400 for renewal but when documents came through (email) dates were wrong so hence I needed contact - so p'd off after long wait I told them just to cancel - coincidence or what the chat timed out - within 2 minutes I received an email telling me in capital letters that "YOUR POLICY HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED". Went back on chat & got connected an hour later and managed to cancel. Are now in process of enquiry as to how they justify £50 cancellation/admin fee Reviewed on: 6th January 2024
