Onecallinsurance, Too all the people out there please do not go with this insurance company as I have had the worst experience with them, I bought home insurance with this company & I had a problem with something in my property, So tried to open a case tried calling them & no answer tried live chat also no answer, Then decided to cancel my policy so still no answer then cancelled my direct debit then I get a letter to pay cancellation charge of £76.57p, So happy I have cancelled this policy & I don’t understand how this company can get 5 star rating.
