Arranged insurance via a comparison web site. Got a message two days later to call them in order to ‘validate my insurance ‘. Apparently some of the information about the bike was incorrect after me inputting the registration on line therefore an extra £300 was needed to provide cover. I told them to cancel the policy and they charged me a £65 cancellation fee. This without any policy being brought into force until 1st February.
