Informative and modern banking

I've found Kroo to be excellent as they tell you exactly what to do and how along each step of any process they bring out. They are a bank that is willing to not only have customer satisfaction but also listen and allow you to participate in most of the decisions they make. Try doing that with a "normal" bank! Excellent service

So far Kroo has been an excellent bank with no issues with either the online banking or sending money. So far haven’t had any issues where I’ve needed to use customer services Reviewed on: 8th January 2024
