No fuss no worries

I have had to make 2 claims for my 5 month old lhasop apso in as many weeks. It is so simple to claim. Either by phone in office hours. Customer service on phone second to none. Claim online few simple questions then BBM take over the claim by contacting the vet direct and paying them direct. Would not go anywhere else for pet insurance. I don't have excess to pay either.
