Customer service as it should be

I have to praise Trinity in the Colchester branch for her excellent customer service her first rate professionalism. By chance I popped into branch to get my grandchildren’s books update- only to find maturity directions were not as I requested. This young lady spent a good deal of time sorting everything out in a professional reassuring manner. The level of customer service she offered is something that is unfortunately missing in today’s busy world .
