Excellent Compliance Department Customer Sevice

Just before the xmas break I emailed their compliance department asking for a deletion of all my data due to an issue when trying to apply for a LISA online. I spoke to Matthew Gough whom was wonderful; he set my expectations of when to expect replies and he contacted me each week to keep me apprised of where we were. It all went smoothly.
