Mortgage for first time buyers.

My partner and I were first time buyers looking for a fixed mortgage rate and HSBC were offering a great deal. We asked for information and help on how to apply for the mortgage and the lady we dealt with was very helpful giving us loads of information. Staff were friendly and advised us every step of the way. We secured the mortgage and HSBC were always there to answer our questions and when we finally moved into our house we got a lovely card from the lady who had helped us process our mortgage.
