Positive Most of the Time

Positive most of the time, PayPal should do away with the Bot and open a dedicated email reply system as the bot is worse than useless and cannot provide a solution to any important issue, and trying to reach CS is nigh impossible easier email contact or even a text line which will improve on endless waiting times on the phone and having to endlessly repeat yourself, So give your Customers options it Will make a Difference Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
