FANTASTIC customer service experience

Literally saved my cat Tobys life !!! I have previous existing condition policy Many Pets paid for life saving operation for my Toby Paid the vet direct excellent communication with update texts and emails The telephone operators are sympathetic and have a very calming manor when you call in a panic making a life and death decision Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

great insurance that cares for my pets

i have a cat with a preexisting condition of repeated UTI ‘s I have placed a claim several times for this the phone staff are very friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful even during lockdown for covid 19 when Toby had to visit the vets I cannot praise enough the sympathy and genuine care I have been shown by the staff even when i couldn’t make a payment one month they still paid out the claim i had submitted and deferred my payment for nearly 2 weeks such a relief and help at the time I don’t know of any other company that would do this ! Excellent insurance company only with them for a month and made a claim for our furbaby operators very sympathetic,friendly well informed paid vet directly very helpful when vet was slow submitting information to insurance company they called the vet directly to obtain information to help settle claim very quickly. Also paid for us to see a specialist vet in Bristol again telephone operators wore extremely kind and caring when we received horrific news of terminal illness of our pet we would never have been able to afford the vets bill without them to find out what was wrong with our beautiful boy many thanks no ordinary insurance company Reviewed on: 6th August 2018
