Exceptionally good experience, excellent Bank!

I have had an exceptionally good experience being a ZOPA customer. From start of applying to receiving to using their excellent app, I have been so very impressed. The app is so easy to use, service is second to none and a delight to know with every action it is followed up by an email confirming details so I know exactly what is happening to my account. Payments are easy, and it's the only app I have where payments go through straight away and show on my account as paid and the balance is right up to date almost immediately.
