6 years a customer and many more ahead!

Having used Revolut for 6 years I find it exceptional and way above the rest in terms of a banking alternative. My payments never fail, direct debits and standing orders always on time, the optional cards are great, paid plans to suit my hobbies and interests, and receiving my salary a day early is always welcome. Customer support has been great, even with the new chat bot responding efficiently and accurately every time makes it a pleasant experience. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Great over the last 4 years!

Revolut has been great for me over the last 4 years, always recommend to people. He he app is very slick, customer service always responds fairly quick, travel fees non existent and usually gives me the best rates. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Review of the Monzo, Current account:

Customer of many years, never had an issue

Been a customer of monzo for many years and seen them expand much further than other fintech banks and emoney providers over recent years. the product ticks almost every box I couldn’t need from a bank, just a bit of a shame that the open banking and virtual cards come with a monthly fee, whereas other banks and providers offer them for free.
