Queues in the branch

Service good, however each time I have visited SW (different times different days) I have had to queue for anything up to 30 minutes - one day I had to leave after queuing for around 15 minutes, as I had to be somewhere, and it was obvious I would not be able to get to the appointment in time. For the accounts I have I am not allowed online access, so I have no alternative but to come into the branch Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
