Had to report a bereavement.

Had to report a bereavement. Asked what I needed to do. The agent was sympathetic without being OTT which I appreciated. She then proceeded to ask the right questions to provide the right answers. She said she would send the required paperwork and guide on what was needed to be done. Everything arrived in the post 2 days later. Simple to understand and follow. First class service which has helped keep my worries to a minimum. Well done all round Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
