Slow & Inefficient

Applied for existing members account and had heard nothing after 3 weeks - no acknowledgement, absolutely nothing. Rang, 10 applications still ahead of mine. Then account suddenly opened same day but additional email to advise details on existing account changed - another phone call to establish what had been changed. Too much hassle for a variable rate account so went elsewhere. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
