Staff are always helpful when speaking to them with any queries. Also prompt replies to emails. Recently I was unable to obtain money from 2 ATMs whilst on holiday in Scotland. I would like Triodos to make it possible to obtain money from post offices. Otherwise my banking experience is great. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Banking transactions made easy.

The details on the visa debit card are more easily visible with the updated card. Also I am now able to use apple pay with my phone, reducing the risk of my card being stolen or lost. It’s so easy to access my account via the banking app. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos is an ethical bank.

Triodos is an ethical bank. As a customer I know where my money is being invested. The bank staff are friendly, helpful and courteous when contacted. As a customer I am kept in touch with updates giving information of the groups where the money is invested. I can recommend Triodos on line banking service. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
