Difficulties setting up the account

It was tricky setting it up initially because of the need for face recognition and when that failed initially, I was left unsure whether Triodos had accepted the application. Nobody got in touch to tell me what was happening and when I rang up I was told that it was impossible to continue with the first application so I had to start again. It could all have been smoother!
