Definitely recommended

I have banked with Triodos for nine years now and they have been the perfect bank for me during that time. I have had no problems with them and when I did have one problem with a fraud attack, they were immediately very helpful in blocking the payment and getting my money back. The customer service staff have always been very good and, with the recent addition of the ability to use my debit card with Google Wallet, they offer all the services I need. A great bank for you & for the future of the planet!

I'm very happy with Triodos since moving my current account to them a few years back. Their staff are always very helpful on the phone and it is great to know that your money is working for the good of others and the future of the planet, as well yourself. I do hope they bring in the option to pay cash in via Post Office branches and that the debit card will work with Google Pay etc at some point but these are very minor issues.
