RCI bank always offers competitive interest rates.

I've found RCI bank very helpful and receptive to my queries and respond with calm and friendly approach. Especially as a senior customer I find this very supportive. Their savings interest rates are always very competitive, and we also like the Evolve notice account with higher rates then competition. well done please keep it up. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

I found RCI customer service very helpful and patient.

I found RCI customer service very helpful, especially as I am an elderly customer, they are always patient and stay online to assist me navigate their web portal. Thank you RCI well done. Their savings product usually are very competitive and they inform us if they change the rate so we transfer to another better paying account. We depend on saving interest as our pension does not meet our needs in full. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

They don't seem customer friendly.

They don't seem customer friendly. Would not let me open fix rate a/c, due to the trend being on a downward trajectory on fears of BoE would reduce base rate, and pulled a rate at 5.35% despite I had spoken and wanted to open one. before rate pulled. .
