They don't seem customer friendly.

They don't seem customer friendly. Would not let me open fix rate a/c, due to the trend being on a downward trajectory on fears of BoE would reduce base rate, and pulled a rate at 5.35% despite I had spoken and wanted to open one. before rate pulled. .
