This company is a scam.

This company is a scam. There is no other way to put it. They prey on people who have low credit scores (so people who might already be in financial hardship) promising to improve their score and giving them an imaginary 'credit limit' that they never actually give to the customer, they then take up to 50 pounds a month out of your account which includes fees that are not made clear on their website. They do not conduct a credit or affordability check but claim to be a regulated 'service'. They hardly respond to emails or complaints and have no explanation where the money they are taking from you each month goes and why they are taking it, please please please do not fall for this trap.
