Good service regarding access to knowledgeable staff who without giving advice are able to inform you of what your investment could do, if things go as expert opinion expects. Unfortunately in my case this has not materialised and my investment has lost money over five years which with inflation has meant a considerable real time loss, on the second lowest risk level plan.
