Very disappointed service

My car battery went flat on a freezing cold morning at home, couldn't start the engine. So called RAC for recovery at 8:30am. Then I received a message stating that petrol people will be with me at 10:16pm! I understand that it's a very cold day, and they're very busy. Received 7 messages after to say that to they're sorry to be late due to high demand, and updated me the rescue time from 9am to 8pm, and never turned up.
