Great Customer Service

NewDay: BIP have offered great customer service and are an excellent way to build your credit. They were my first credit card and using BIP has helped me build my credit score from fair to excellent. Never had many issues apart from a bug with an incorrect message upon opening app. This was dealt with swiftly by the customer service team. No complaints! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024
