I wanted to know if I could make a one off overpayme...

I wanted to know if I could make a one off overpayment on my mortgage, how to do it and how my monthly repayments would be affected. I spoke with Aaron who was really pleasant and answered all of my questions without any fuss. Also, I didn’t have to wait in the phone for half an hour before something me answered, or do any “select 1 for…..” stuff. I rang the number and the phone was answered after a short message.
