I have been with Leek Building Society for 11 years...

I have been with Leek Building Society for 11 years and I wouldn't dream of changing as their services is excellent. They are always knowledgeable about the product and always make sure it suitable to my needs. What i love most is that I can call them and speak to someone instead of an online service. Outstanding. wouldn't change my mortgage ever!

I got my one and only mortgage with Leek Building Society 11 years ago and would not ever think of changing as they are excellent in every way. Their customer service is outstanding, pleasant, kind and considerate I can call them up and speak directly to the same person. They contact me when my renewal is due with excellent rates and always talk me through every fine detail to give me my prefered option, their personal touch is invaluable to me. 10 years with Leeks United the best lenders by far

I bought my home 10 years ago with the excellent, professional help and support from Leeks United and have been with them ever since. I would never contemplate moving to anyone else ever. I love the personal touch I have with them on the phone ( and not electronically) which is absolutely priceless for me as know I can speak to someone I've spoken to before ( I don't want to divulge names). They have supported me many times now to re valuate my mortgage and I always receive such great offers from them . When I speak to the ladies on the phone, I am always have such a lovely, warm, welcome as I though they were my friends . I will highly recommend them to everyone especially my daughter when she is in a position to buy her first home too. I honestly can not thank them enough Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
