Review of the Leek Building Society, Savings:

Excellent personal in branch service

Leek Building Society is local with with very helpful staff who guided me when choosing a saving account. I introduced my Mother to Leek Building Society and visited the Macclesfield branch. The staff were excellent and arranged a private room to discuss transfer of her cash ISA, this helped greatly as my Mother is very deaf. In addition the the staff my Mother was looking for a bank where she could deal with a person in the branch as other banks could not do anything unless it was via the internet ( my Mother is 91 and does not have a computer or smartphone. Thank you Leek Building Society for providing a traditional personal service that includes the elderly and does not insist on dealing with people online only! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
