We had our mortgage there we have savings ,and we save for the grandchildren there also ,all different products but the same level of first class service over many years,the staff are amazing. Just over two years ago I lost my husband suddenly,they helped me tremendously sorting my accounts ,paperwork etc all with respect and compassion ,it was good to have real people helping you and not some AI on the end of a telephone or someone who couldn't understand me on the phone in another country. recently and suddenly my husband of nearly fifty years passed away,he was so always the one who dealt with these kind of things so for me it was very hard especially having to deal with my bereavement at the same time. The staff at Leek United from beginning to present were so respectful,compassionate and showed kindness in dealing with my situation,bearing in mind the first person to deal with me was a very young man who must have only been in his early twenties at the most or even younger than that, I'm not sure but I think he was name Josh,his customer service and the way he dealt with me was far beyond his years as I was a blubbering wreack and hadn't got a clue where to start . Lots of other companies could learn alot from your staff at Leek St Edwards Street and thank them from the bottom of my heart. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
